King: President Obama Continues to Ignore the Line

Washington, DC- Congressman Steve King released the following statement in response to the first day that an estimated 1 million illegal aliens will begin to be granted amnesty through an Executive Order President Obama put into place that implements the policies of the DREAM Act legislation that Congress rejected.

"We are talking about a Constitutional issue, not an immigration issue," said King. "This lawless president doesn't keep his own oath of office, and there are only a few ways to stop this Constitutional breech of authority- and one way is to get the courts to block it. I said that I would bring a lawsuit against the President and that process is underway. With just a few puzzle pieces to get in the right place, I will soon file that lawsuit. Just because President Obama continues to ignore the line, doesn't mean there isn't one, and he's beyond crossing it."
