King to Host Town Halls in Floyd and Boone Counties on August 13

Washington DC- Congressman Steve King announces that he will be hosting two town hall meetings on Tuesday, August 13. Both town halls are open to the public and to the media. The first of the two town halls will be held in Floyd County at the Charles City Public Library located in Charles City at 106 Milwaukee St. The Floyd County town hall will run from 9:00-10:00 AM Central. The second of the day’s town halls will be held in Boone County at the Boone Public Library located in Boone at 702 Greene Street. The Boone County town hall will run from 1:30-2:30 PM Central.

King has pledged to hold a town hall in each of the 39 counties in the 4th Congressional District this year, and, as scheduled, these two town halls will be the 24th and 25th  King will have hosted in the district since January.

Tuesday, August 13 Town Hall: Floyd County

Congressman Steve King’s Floyd County town hall will be held in Charles City, Iowa at the Charles City Public Library located at 106 Milwaukee St. The Floyd County town hall will run from 9:00-10:00 AM Central.

Tuesday, August 13 Town Hall: Boone County

Congressman Steve King’s Boone County town hall will be held in Boone, Iowa at the Boone Public Library located at 702 Greene Street. The Boone County town hall will run from 1:30-2:30 PM Central.
